Alright, I didn’t link to them before but I should have. I just placed my order with them this morning and apparentlly I selected Arizona instead of Arkansas (both start with “a-r” which is a good reason to list states by two-letter abbreviation instead of by name) and they couldn’t find my city in Arizona. So they called me and asked me to give them the address over the phone to make sure they had it right. How awesome is that? So the order has been fixed and she said it should ship today. Fisher Space Pens have just earned a giant A+ from me on customer service.
