Disappointed

Like everyone else who was hoping for a change in the world, I’m disappointed today. I’m more disappointed in eleven states voting to ban gay marriage than I am in Kerry losing the Presidential race.
But, really, I don’t want to talk about it.
I just wrote part two of ‘Rat’, and I think it’s going pretty well. This second part was completely pulled out of my ass tonight; didn’t have it planned at all. I think it turned out fine, though, and hopefully adds a bit more character to the main…character. Stupid english language.
Oh, a point Elaine thought would be good for me to mention. If some of the story sounds funny, try reading it out loud. It’s supposed to be written as though spoken. Think about the voice-over in old film noir movies. And give it a voice like Bogart in The Maltese Falcon, please.
